As a seed investor, he fuelled Vechain’s USD 15 billion valuation and advised Binance, Axie Infinity, and NEO. He held senior roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Starwood Capital and Fosun International, managing a USD 12 billion real estate portfolio. He graduated from UC Berkeley.

Dan Nash, previously co-founded Cohen Capital Markets, a boutique investment bank specializing in M&A, SPACs, and capital markets. He advised on multiple crypto deals, including Nakamoto (USD 710 million), Sol Strategies (USD 500 million), Trump Media (USD 2.5 billion), Greg Kidd (1,000 Bitcoin). He led internet investment banking at Wells Fargo, advising on IPOs for tech firms like Carvana, and served as CFO at MZ. He started out his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School and degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and The London School of Economics and Political Science.

Kelvin Cheng previously co-founded a financial holding group in Hangzhou, managing USD 2 billion and delivering strong returns across PIPE, private equity, and real estate. Previously, he led M&A transactions at Lujiazui Group and a JV backed by Invesco and Great Wall Securities, operating in Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong. He began his career in structured products research with Euromoney and has been a Bitcoin investor since 2013. He holds a Master’s in Finance from City University of Hong Kong.

Calvin Ma previously co-founded a multi-family office investment firm, leading venture capital and private equity deals across technology, real estate, and infrastructure. He managed growth and buyout opportunities at Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia across Asia. His career began in investment banking at Deutsche Bank. He holds a BS from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
